We take the security of your project data and financial information seriously.
Data Security
All data transmitted to and from the TruStyler client portal is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Project financial data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls limiting visibility to authorized project team members only.
Payment Security
TruStyler does not store payment card data. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. Vendor disbursements are processed through ACH with multi-factor authorization required for each release.
Reporting Concerns
If you discover a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it responsibly to design@trustyler.com. We commit to acknowledging all reports within 24 hours and resolving confirmed vulnerabilities within 30 days.
